Notice of Determination ...
On August 25, 2009, the Dixon City Council voted affirmatively to approve
the Draft and Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Parkway
Boulevard Railroad Grade Separation Project. As part of the CEQA
process, the following Notice of Determination (NOD) was filed with the
County of Solano Clerk and the Governor’s Office of Planning and
Research.
