Judith Buethe
Owner

Judith Buethe, founder and owner of the firm, has more than 30 years of private and public sector experience in public outreach and community involvement, consensus building, event coordination, public relations and government affairs.

Before founding the firm in 1989, Judith served as a Deputy County Administrator for San Joaquin County, coordinated the Superconducting Super Collider siting effort in San Joaquin County, served as Marketing Director for St. Joseph's Medical Center, and served as District Chief of Staff to then-State Senator John Garamendi.

Associate / Project Manager

Mary Ann Piana ChapmanMary Ann’s principal duties include project design, management, and implementation, as well as event coordination.

Melissa Williams
Creative Director

Since May 2000, Melissa has assisted with event organization, photographed many major community events and locations, and designed written materials and slide presentations. Service 1st Bank, Stockton, has several of Melissa's photographs in a permanent exhibit. For Kaiser Permanente's Celebration of Women's Wellness, Melissa researched, scripted, and designed "A History of Women" - a one-of-a-kind slide show. She has also designed spectacular sales material for the Stockton Ports Baseball Team, Medcore HP, and other clients.
